Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you buy a package or service from Luke Reaney, trading as Luke Studio ("I", "me"). Contact: lukeszns@gmail.com ยท 07851 950009.

Packages and prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Each package covers the features listed with it. If your project needs more than that, I'll agree the extra work and its cost with you in writing before starting.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank payment, depending on what's available to you at checkout. I never see or store your full payment details.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans, such as the AI Receptionist, are charged when you sign up and then every month on the same date. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management page (sign in with the email you paid with), or by emailing me. Your plan will then stop at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can also update your payment card and download invoices on that page.

Your right to cancel

If you're buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you ask me to start work during those 14 days and then cancel, I may charge for the work already done. Once the work is fully completed with your agreement, the right to cancel no longer applies. To cancel, email lukeszns@gmail.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Delivery

I'll contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to confirm what you need and agree a timeline. Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback on time.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the final design and content created for you. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
