FAQ

Questions trades ask first.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your number. Calls you don't answer are forwarded to the receptionist, or trigger a text-back with Callback. I set the forwarding up with you on the setup call.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

It introduces itself as your assistant and speaks in your business name. It's natural and polite, and if a caller asks for a person it takes a message and alerts you straight away.

What happens with a real emergency?

You decide the rules. Urgent jobs can be booked into the next emergency slot, sent to your phone as a priority alert, or both. It gives basic safety advice (like turning off the stopcock) and never promises anything you haven't approved.

Does it work with my booking or job software?

Google Calendar and Outlook work as standard. Job management tools like Jobber, Tradify, ServiceM8, Fergus and simPRO are set up on request; mention yours in the form and I'll confirm before you pay for anything extra.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans renew each month and you can cancel any time from the "Manage subscription" link in the footer. Websites are a one-off payment.

Can I use Callback or Reviews without a website from you?

Yes. Every tool works on its own. Reviews Autopilot is £29/month on its own, or £19/month when you buy it with a website package.

  • Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer through Stripe.
  • Websites are a one-off payment. Receptionist, Callback and Reviews plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time.
  • Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this website.
